How long do the fragrances typically last?
Our fragrances are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP) or Extrait de Parfum, typically offering a longevity of 6 to 10 hours depending on your skin chemistry and the specific scent profile.
What is your return policy for opened bottles?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing our discovery sets to test scents before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Are Whiff Culture products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our scents are 100% vegan and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my perfume arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the bottle is damaged or leaking, contact our support team at support@whiffculture.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
