Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team at support@whiffculture.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
